This Private Release from Tasmania’s award-winning Callington Mill Distillery began life in a rich, fruit-laden ex-Port cask, before being transferred to an extraordinary cask that had first matured bourbon for over a decade, then travelled to the Caribbean to age rum for six years - before finally being filled with Callington Mill’s own spirit.
The result is a whisky of remarkable depth and complexity - robust, layered, and beautifully balanced with notes that unfold with every sip.
