The GlenAllachie Single Cask No. 3755 Single Malt Whisky (700ml, 60.3% ABV)

Price

$449.00

Distilled on February 9, 2005 and bottled in March 2021, The Glenallachie's Single Cask No. 3755 is an outstanding single malt from this highly-renowned distillery, located in the picturesque Speyside region of Scotland.

Aged exclusively in a single Barrique which was previously used to mature Madeira Port, and with an impressive strength of 60.3% ABV, this whisky is characterised by its complex variety of flavours and exquisite character.

Madeira is a fortifed wine made on the Portuguese Madeira islands, off the coast of Africa in the Atlantic Ocean. It’s unique taste comes from repeatedly heating the wine. This specific Barrique has added waves of juicy pineapple, butterscotch, cinnamon buns and subtle coffee.

This whisky represents the exceptional craftsmanship of the legendary Billy Walker at The GlenAllachie distillery and is a must-have for any whisky connoisseur. Immerse yourself in the world of premium whisky with this unique single cask from Scotland, which is a real collector's item for connoisseurs.

Coming from a single cask, only 298 bottles of this whisky were ever produced, each one being hand-numbered on both the bottle and box. Ours is number 124.

Tasting Notes (below) were provided by the distillery.

Note: There is a scratch on the box of this whisky (see picture) although the bottle is in perfect condition.

About the Distillery

Founded in 1967 at the foot of Ben Rinnes in Speyside, The GlenAllachie Distillery is today celebrated as one of Scotland’s most character-driven single malt producers. Under the stewardship of legendary Master Distiller Billy Walker since 2017, GlenAllachie has been reborn with a clear focus on flavour, craftsmanship, and independence. Drawing pure spring water from the nearby Ben Rinnes and fermenting for longer than industry norms, the distillery creates a rich, robust spirit that forms the backbone of its distinctive house style.

What truly sets GlenAllachie apart is its obsessive approach to wood management. With one of the industry’s largest stocks of ageing whisky, the team hand-selects and personally oversees every cask, favouring premium sherry butts, wine casks, and bespoke oak from around the world. The result is a range of whiskies renowned for depth, texture, and complexity—layered with notes of dark fruit, honey, spice, and chocolate. Every bottle reflects GlenAllachie’s philosophy: whisky made patiently, purposefully, and without compromise.
