Room 01: The Baker's Kitchen is a rich and warming blended malt whisky inspired by the comforting flavours of an old inn's kitchen. Expect fruit cake, dried fruit, warming spice, vanilla and toasted oak, with a smooth, lingering finish.
Black Snake Hotel sits outside the 7K Distillery's Single Malt range, giving them the freedom to explore whisky in a different way through blending, cask and flavour.

About the Distillery
7K Distillery is an innovative Australian craft distillery based in Hobart, Tasmania, known for its adventurous approach to spirits production and willingness to challenge convention. Combining traditional distilling techniques with modern experimentation, 7K has developed a diverse portfolio of spirits, including gin, vodka and whisky. With a focus on creativity, distinctive flavour profiles and small-batch production, the distillery reflects Tasmania's growing reputation as a centre of innovation in the Australian craft spirits industry.
The Black Snake Hotel range represents an imaginative new chapter for 7K Distillery, inspired by Tasmania's historic coaching inns where travellers gathered to rest, share stories and enjoy a dram. Unlike the distillery's single malt releases, Black Snake Hotel explores the creative possibilities of blended whisky, combining different whiskies and cask influences to produce distinctive expressions. Each release is imagined as a different room within the hotel, with its own personality and flavour profile.
